Place 10 or more blue rings on one side of the playing field, place the inserts on the other. Place 10 or more black rings near the blue inserts and the black inserts near the blue rings.
The rings on each side of the field are a safety zone which only 1 attacker may enter at a time. The teams are split into attackers, defenders, and one goalie. The attacker's job is to pick up an insert from their side of the playing field and take it to the other side and place it into its respective ring. The defender's and goalie try and prevent the enemy attackers from reaching the rings on with their inserts. Once the attacker has crossed the center line they can be tagged by the opposing team's defenders. A tagged attacker must take the insert they were holding all the way back to the end line before trying again. Attackers may throw an insert to another attacker so long as the receiving attacker is more than 2 feet from the safety zone (the rings). An attacker can only carry one insert at a time. An attacker that is able to dodge the enemy defenders and goalie and reaches the safety zone is free to place the insert into the corresponding ring and return to their side. If an insert is fumbled or intercepted the insert is sent back to the starting location.
