Shipping costs are different for each destination and are automatically calculated using a freight calculator. The various shipping options and costs are given once an item has been placed in the shopping cart and the delivery address has been provided.

We typically ship within 24-48 hours with customers receiving their Pajaggle Products within 3-5 business days. However, given the current high volume of orders, product deliveries may be delayed by as much as 7 days. We will be working diligently to reduce this time so that you can enjoy your Pajaggle board quickly.

Products purchased on this site are sold 'as is' and can only be returned if found to be defective upon initial inspection after receipt by the purchaser. Customers have 7 days from the date of shipping or 1 day after confirmation of delivery has taken place to claim. All claims must be submitted via e-mail to Customer Service (support@pajaggle.com) or by using our Online Contact Form. Once approved by Pajaggle's Shop Customer Service, the defective item should be returned in its original packaging at the expense of the purchaser. A replacement product will be shipped to the original ordering party's address or a refund will be issued upon the return of the defective item in its original packaging.
